Angel "Gelín" García Trueba (Andorra La Vella, 1983)
Trained in Fine Arts at the Municipal School of Arts Edward L. Torrelavega Pisano between 1994 and 2001, under the supervision of D. Demetrio Fernandez Cascón and Mrs. Berta Abascal. 2 Courses in Photography at the National Center of Photography Manuel Torrelavega Rotella, led by D. Jesus Tausía.
Participates in a Solo Exhibition of Painting at the Ansar Chamber (Cartes) in 2001, in other collective painting exhibitions and several group exhibitions of Photography since 2008, integrated in the formation of the Cultural Association Corners of Cantabria Group, dedicated to photography . He has also organized several fashion shoots both indoors and outdoors since 2009.
Between July and December 2005, participates in a Superior Industrial Design Course in 3D with CATIA V5, endorsed by the EMCAN (Employment Service of Cantabria).
From May 2006 until November 2010, working as an interior decorator, managing several projects for house reformings, furniture design and furniture restoration.
In January 2011 participated in the seminar Polientes Photo 2011, taught by Pablo Hojas and Javier Salas. In April 2011 participated in a Course of Digital Photo Treatment and Pre-Print on the CTA of Zaragoza, with the help of Domingo Espada.
In October 2011 held his first personal photo exhibition: "Steel, Wood, Stone" in the Exhibition Hall Jesus Otero Museum, Santillana del Mar, joining the list of exhibitions conducted between 2009 and 2011.
In January 2012 he again took part in Polientes Photo 2012, this time with the star presence of Ouka Lele and again under the direction of Pablo Hojas. He is currently immersed in various artistic projects.
